    Roman is correct. Leonard Ellerbe is Floyd's strength and conditioning coach. He used to be Hasim Rahman's strength and conditioning coach. Why do you think he's there in Floyd's corner of every fight? As a cheerleader?

      Physical training in boxing has evolved very very slowly.

      Up-to-date nutrition in boxing is almost not existent.
      actually, swinging sledgehammers and lifting giant rubber tires is a great way for to build strength and explosiveness.
