omar has cotto's style down pretty well. he should mix it up with a few knees to confuse floyd. and damn, we hardly get to see floyd spar, if at all. it's kinda fitting that it would be big foot quality footage too.

Omar doesn't have Cotto's style that well IMO. Cotto uses the jab a slot more and has his guard up always. Cotto will go to the body a lot, if he can, but he always utilises the jab.

What they do have similar is the build, lack of stamina and at times, a similar guard.

I noticed floyd gets hit on his right side quite a bit more than his left, particularly when Henry went softy. Not sure if anyone else agrees?

Floyd has great stamina and that helps him a lot.

He will get counter upstairs by Floyd's hooks/uppercuts. The only thing that Cotto has a chance of consistently hitting Floyd with is his jab, and i don't think that will be enough for him to pull off an upset. What else will he bring to the table other than constantly jabbing off his backfoot and squaring down to sneak in his inactive straight right hand.

Cotto doesn't have any problems at tagging anyone with his jab, but when he starts throwing hooks and body shots, that's when he gets caught. Floyd will take full advantage of every openings he can find, something that Clottey wasn't consistently able to executed.
