You know what's funny about you? You watched Floyd train for the whole 3 hours just to hate. That's some dedication and hard work.
And what are you talking about chest, thighs, calfs, etc??? This isn't a workout where you try and get big and muscular. This is boxing workout. Most boxers don't lift weight. And if they do they focus on repetition rather than maxing out. And Floyd trains to fight. Not to look big.Comment
