I saw this one coming since the Mayweather-Cotto fight was official. If Floyd beats Cotto, he may stay at 154 until Pacquiao retires next year. Floyd wants to stay an extra year after Pacquiao to help catch up on his "vacation" time when he ducked massive paydays (e.g., prime Cotto and Margarito, peak Pacquiao).
