When Pacquiao first stepped up to welter and demolished Oscar in devastating fashion, he was ranked No.5 by the ring at welterweight.

Over the next two years Pacquiao fought and convincingly beat the fighters ranked at No.4, No.3, No.2 and No.1 at welterweight.

Also fought JMM a fighter that had two hard fought fights with him and people wanted to see a 3rd.

During this time he tried and bent over backwards to secure a fight with Floyd Mayweather, only for Floyd to make excuse after excuse to avoid the fight.

          Lie?

          Facts!

Just because you are ignorant to the facts don't make them a lie.

I don't see 5 more fights in his future. After Cotto:

            Maybe Ortiz rematch
            Pacquiao before Pac retires
            Martinez
Maybe Kell Brook since he has always talked about fighting in the UK

Then that's most likely it. I can't see him actually fighting MORE as he gets out of jail.

Somebody is going to be disappointed.

The Ortiz fight probably as the best chance of happening. Victor will be just happy for a pay day.

Never seen anyone so happy to be knocked out before. Maybe Floyd wants to be kissed and hugged some more.

whats funny is none of these dudes post in other threads nearly as much as the post in floyd threads, not even manny threads. all that tells me is we have a lot of closet floyd worshipers on this site.

I was just guessing, doesn't really matter to me. Floyd's legacy was set as a HOF'er after he moved up from lightweight.

I do like crispy duck, maybe thats why I like Floyd so much.

Quite partial to some KFC as well.

Yeah after the Castillo's fights the cherry picking really began, and as the years went on he became even better and cherry picking and avoiding the tough fights.

He is now a master of ducking the tough fights.

Floyd once again is robbing the fans of the fights they want to see.

Floyd now freely admits this and tell fans it is all about self-preservation, but some of his fans still have the love goggles on and can't bring themselves to admit this.
