Mosley was the no1 welterweight when Floyd fought him. There was NO RING CHAMPION. But Ring ranked Mosley as no1 and Pac @no2.

The Ring champion has been vacant since when Floyd retired back in 2007. He was the last person to hold the 'Ring Championship' at 147.

Nah bro Mosley wasn't Lineal. Floyd was the last Lineal champ, but Mosley was ranked as the no1 guy at 147 when Floyd fought. Ring had him as no1, and Ring will always be the most valid ranking website.
