And he is STILL ducking the greatest of our time. Like my homey RIP Bert said, he spoke the truth:

Cotto might still be too strong with just enough speed to beat Mayweather but Floyd will resort to hugging if that's what shows on fight night.

At 147, Manny fought just about everyone there is to fight.

The only one that I can think of is Floyd ... but Floyd keeps on putting roadblocks .... "Manny is on PEDS", "Manny TAKE THE TEST and the fight is on", "I'm taking a long vacation", "I want all the PPV money", "I'm moving up to fight Cotto .... 4 years too late!"

Manny did pretty good considering that he moved up from 130 to 150 in those years ..... you can't expect him to fight the #1 guy on his first fight in each of those divisions .... it can take time for the smaller Manny to acclimate to those bigger divisions.
What you're saying is deceptive at best.

So when BHOP fought Roy Jones in 2010, did he fight RJJ at his best? Was RJJ even a force to be reckoned with in 2010? Roy Jones stopped being RJ in late 2003.

So does that mean that BHOP was even close to being half the boxer that RJJ was throughout his prime?

No. No it doesn't. BHOP was still fighting WWs when Roy Jones was capturing the HW title.

So when you claim that Pacquiao fought "everybody" at WW, its laughable. Pacquiao fought everyone at WW except the men who were ranked #1, #2 & #3 at the time when he himself competed.

With that fact presented, explain Pacquiao's top ranking at WW when he never fought a top 3 WW?

Its this kind of SHlT that allows paqtards to hoot and holler about absolutely nothing.

When Floyd became #1 at WW, it was because he beat the #1 & #2 fighters at WW. It makes sense that in order to be the man, you must beat the man.

What #1 did Pacquiao beat in order to deserve a top 3 ranking at WW?

How many "champions" did Pacquiao fight at WW?

As I recall it was only Miguel Cotto .. who had just won a VACANT title against Jennings. Cotto was ranked 4th.

That's not a justification of ranking Pacquiao even in the top 3. If you beat the #4, you don't become the #3 because of that win. You simply take the #4's spot as the new #4.

The fact that Arum has so easily been able to pull the wool over some people's eyes shows that they are willing sheep.

manny has fought 1 champion at 145 not even 147-cotto
I'm sure someone else pointed it out at this point in the thread, but it's funny you give Judah credit for being a champion when he lost his belts the fight before, and only got them back because Baldomir couldn't pay to keep them. What a champion.

BHOP was twice the boxer because he isn't a steroid cheat, RJJ was artificially enhanced, no surprise he fell to **** after he got caught.

didn't he win the heavyweight championship "after" being caught?

The referee made that a Jones fight, Ruiz is an inside fighter but he was never going to be allowed to win by the moneymen. No one cared about Ruiz's chances as long as the big name steroid cheat got to win another title by hook or by crook.

                  Ruiz's post-fight comment:

"How can I give [Jones Jr] any credit when the referee wouldn't let me fight my fight?" a disappointed Ruiz said. "Every time I went in, the referee was accusing me of holding."
