At 147, Manny fought just about everyone there is to fight.

The only one that I can think of is Floyd ... but Floyd keeps on putting roadblocks .... "Manny is on PEDS", "Manny TAKE THE TEST and the fight is on", "I'm taking a long vacation", "I want all the PPV money", "I'm moving up to fight Cotto .... 4 years too late!"


Manny did pretty good considering that he moved up from 130 to 150 in those years ..... you can't expect him to fight the #1 guy on his first fight in each of those divisions .... it can take time for the smaller Manny to acclimate to those bigger divisions.

The referee made that a Jones fight, Ruiz is an inside fighter but he was never going to be allowed to win by the moneymen. No one cared about Ruiz's chances as long as the big name steroid cheat got to win another title by hook or by crook.
