And when Carlos did his hold-push to the ropes-punch-let go-punch-hold s**t, Kirkland didn't have the ring gameplan for that. He should have just been doing what he did mainly in the 10th the entire fight, he didn't. He had Molina hurt in the 10th, but oh well. The ref f*8ked up the stoppage big time and also not warning Molina early on in the fight about holding-punching-holding non-stop. There was a point in the 10th where Molina was clealry hurt and Kirkland was all over him, and he went to hold Kirkland and pushed him into the ropes and layed on him, and than attempted to hang on the ropes. I mean, holding is part of boxing, but when it's THAT excessive, it's just bulls**t tactic.

Can't knock Molina though, the ref never warned him or anything, so he did what was winning him the fight. Kirkland should have done what he did in the 10th the whole fight.

Hopefully they rematch. I have no doubt if they rematch, Kirkland would and should, do what he did in the 10th round. Push that mother f**ker of you when he's trying that hold and punch s**t, and kick his a$$. They should rematch in June.

Couldn't agree more man. Hell, what Molina was doing was the equivalent of consistently low blowing a fighter non-stop, it's the same basic principal, just as illegal and just as much of an unfair advantage. And for the people who say Kirkland should of been ready to push him off, that's easy for you to say, but boxers train to go in and BOX not literally WRESTLE eachother like it's MMA. So far, the WORST fight of 2012, and probably of 2011 as well. I was looking forward to this fight SOO much, can't believe this s.hit.

Yeah man I saw the fight the same way. Molina was killing me with that holding dude. I started yelling when he held onto the ropes, crap was crazy. There were a few times where the ref would break them and Molina just stood there with his head buried in Kirkland's face. The funny thing is when Molina would let his hands go he was touching Kirkland, I have no doubt that if he would of fought that way he would of knocked Kirkland out. But he chose to hug and wrestle the whole fight. I had him winning but he really turned me off to watching anymore of his fights.
