huh? I just said the winky & calzaghe fights are not exciting, not even to me. Plus hopkins is over 40 years old (he didn't fight like that when he was younger). WTF is molina's excuse he's 28 years old?

I wasn't a Hopkins fan for that reason but his fight with Pascal he fought a good exciting fight. But to be fair, I haven't seen nobody hold as much as Molina did since Ruiz and Hatton....Hopkins doesn't even come close

the ref warned both fighters before the opening bell of 6 or 7 or something, don't remember exactly but, molina didn't hold for the rest of that round. the ref should have warned him more.

Kirkland can be outboxed. I could see Lara taking Kirkland to school, but Molina would've been eaten alive if he had a point deducted early. Smoger wouldn't let all that hugging go on.
            Ex fcking actly!

Molina had James in the fcking headlock, holding, pushing against the ropes, just str8 up cheating and the ref said not one thing to him

I know man. It was terrible. Kirkland may not have been winning the fight, but he certainly wasn't losing... Molina blew an opportunity to display the boxing skills he had before in fights he was considered the underdog. After watching this, I wouldn't be surprised if nobody cares to watch his fights. Terrible approach.

man, I was soooo pissed tonight, even after the DQ.

Hell, I was even considering giving the guys the points back who I bet, but after what Molina did, I'm keeping it. I can't respect the shi t Molina pulled tonight one bit. Or the people standing up for it.

Molina was holding for 20 seconds at a time and the ref wouldn't say jack ish. Then Molina had the nerve to come out of the clinch swinging and landing damn good punches, then would go back to holding as soon as Kirk landed something. I would look up at the clock at the clock and the whole round would be done; with 2:00 of it spent holding.

I can never respect that shi t. I don't care of Molina fights ever again, honestly.

*side note* Judah's going in right now!!*

Exactly right though, BG! That's what I was watching... Every time Kirkland would mount any pressure or land a punch, it was grab push to the ropes, burn 10 seconds... and the ref just stood and watched. Pathetic. You see how happy Molina was about his performance, haaaaa! He's fought so well against everybody he lost to before Kirkland... then he reverts to Ruiz status...

The holding was that of John Ruiz and B-Hop, it was ****in ridiculous. I thought Molina was winning, and I don't agree with the dumb decision, but the fight was so ****in sloppy.

If I was the ref I would have disqualified Molina earlier on excessive holding. That was a joke. I'm glad Kirkland won.
