Carlos Alberto, didn't you see his face yesterday? The guy was drawn. He has a body that's so difficult to build muscles and to reduce weight. Even if he steps up to 147, he'd be having trouble making that weight within 2 fights. It's just his nature. He used to drink, but he's never had a drug problem, so don't jump over him like that. And no, he won't get KO'd tonight.

The legend cheated on the scales and didn't even have the decency to try and shed the fat of his ***ed up looking mid section...smh

Being the star of the show has perks~

Morales has always had weight issues, I was hoping he would cut with the balloning stuff since that act doesn't play for older fighters but it is tough to teach an old dog new tricks.

I am not that bothered by it, but depending on how the fight plays out I could change that stance but I don't feel Morales is some much bigger guy.

morales has got to be the worst looking fighter, physically when talking about condition (and that isn't a HW). that said, he can still kick ass even though he has been considered by many as "way past prime". i have a hard time seeing him beat a good conditioned, younger fighter like danny garcia though. hopefully it's a good fight in the end. good luck to him though, maybe a win over garcia can lead to a bigger payday and he can finally hang them up (if he loses that fight).

What? Those 2 pounds aren't of "good weight" but of fat actually. The guy is 35 years old and was around 180-190 pounds during his temporary retirement. Those 2 pounds he couldn't shed are actually bad for him, it only means that his preparation wasn't good enough.

Nevertheless, I think we made a good decision, now I can look good and we can recover [from the weigh-in] and win.
either way, him not making weight have an effect on the fight.

After watching Morales' last two fights, I think it is quite clear that he still has hunger for the sport. The pics of him did make me scratch my head a little bit though, but I'm sure he'll be ready for the fight......

Maidana couldn't even knock out an old Morales, that's a testament of how good Pacquiao and El Terrible really are.....Mayweather took a lesser paycheck and a lesser foe in Cotto- fckin *****; Pac and Eric would never do that sht, - thats why they will always be legends, while Mayweather will never be

Another reason why we need to go back to same day weigh in's. If Morales couldnt make 140, then he doesnt belong in that division and should be fighting in the WW division.
