If you were a fly on the wall during Floyd's life, you'll see he's practised in a more effective way than any other current fighter, and likely to have spent more hours practising in that more effective way as well.

my thing is...if floyd said testing was the only issue then manny agrees to testing why no fight? floyd wasted everybody's time obviously with fake demands that he knew were bull. yeah you should be mad at manny for taking a while to agree but you should be furious at floyd for lying and ducking the fight while smearing pac's name(which was probably his goal all along)
