In the Margarito case, the California and Nevada Commissions were very wrong in refusing to grant Margarito's application for re-instatement, since the penalty was for one year, which had long elapsed, and he honoured that by not even fighting in any other coulnty, which he could have done. Texas was correct, the year was long over.

But, you'll notice that Nevada slipped away from the re-instatement request by passing the decision on to Californis, where the original penalty was handed down.
I know it is not the same, what I mean is that other AC might honor their ruling. Tony never applied to other AC, before applying for reinstatement by CSAC. But it was highly discussed if he apply in another state they will honor what CSAC handed to him. Same thing can happen to Juanma.

Juanma is a fraud and he should retire because he sucks. Caballero and Gamboa would kick his ass every day of the week. Juanma is a two year old who now wants to cry for forgiveness after defaming a man and accusing him of being the reason he got his ass kicked by Salido AGAIN. Kick rocks Juanma!

let him say what he wants, he will be judged by the fans for his comments. There is no need to place restrictions or suspend him for what he said. Sports are already pussified with pro and college football handing out penalties for players celebrating their touch downs.

If he says some ****** ****, there will be a backlash as there already has been. I dont like the commissions trying to place the referee as being above criticism. Where do you draw the line, accusing him of fixing the fight gets you a year ban, so what if someone says the ref was bad or made a bad call or is too old to be reffing (as many of them are), are those 6 month bans?

if Juanma is suspended, he can just visit Floyd in Las Vegas County Jail every now and then after playing casino or poker.

Observe HBO and Showtime. Don't interview guys who just got KTFO. Juanma shouldn't have said what he said, but he never should have had the oppurtunity to say it.
