I get you man but Rios is one dimensional compared to Marquez. Rios = walk forward with guard up throw, get hit, keep coming forward. Marquez = lateral movement, great/precise counter punching, faster. I see him catching Rios off guard a lot.

diaz gave jmm hell until his chin betrayed him.


jmm's style works well against boxer-puncher types.

pressure fighters give counterpunchers problems.

if that pressure fighter is stronger and bigger...... you got major problems.

I get ya man. The more I think about it the more I see Brandon making it to the final bell due to his will, heart and young legs. And who knows.. but I think Marquez is too skilled to not edge it out you know? I just don't see how he puts his full arsenal to work.

You know what it would be an intriguing fight, no doubt.

A one dimensional fighter is very easy to beat when you are a fighter with many weapons in your arsenal.

People will find the formula to beat you, Rios doesn't switch it up - you know what to expect.

IF ... but IF the more skilled fighter decided to move and be technical ... you got BIGGER problems.
