Lara didn't got a gift, just because the other guy make the fight ugly it didn't mean he won, what all the haters are omitting is the fact that Lara hurt Molina and land the best punches of the fight, I'll say that Molina out hustle Lara and remember that he didn't train properly for that fight, again that's his fault, Shields was training Rigondeaux for his fight in Ireland, on top of that he had a problem with a tooth 3 days before the fight, I'm pretty sure they will meet again if they keep wining.

I like the fight, but it doesn't matter what I think. It matters what the casuals think and all they like is action packed slug fests. And it also matters what HBO thinks, an they also prefer action packed slug fests whenever possible.

Apparently your reading comprehension failed cause I never said I was a casual nor thought it would be a snooze fest. Is the reason why I used quotations on snooze fest. I said I didn't like the fight because people/networks would start labeling Lara as boring and as a Cuban, I would rarely see him on TV as a result of that. Look at what people say about Rigo? And when I say people I mean casual fans that I'm around daily, I spend half of the conversations tying to convince them Rigo is not boring. And all cause they have put him vs other counter punchers so they don't get a lot of action.

As for the comment about Lara needs to beat Molina first. I was very disappointed in the Lara that came out that night. You can blame it on training, his tooth or whatever but I think that night he came out trying too hard to impress people and was just looking for a KO. I'm sure he wouldn't make the same mistake twice tho .

This is a good and competitive fight, but I dont think it happens. Sergio is looking for a big money fight and for the 160 lb green belt, Lara isn't that, sadly.

That would be a great fight Lara I think Lara Could win this fight he smart and knows how to fight I like sergio Martinez but in my honest opinion these last couple fights have been with fighters that dont deserve to be in the ring with him we haven't seen him fight Elite talent taking nothing away from him.
