When I hear the Martinez-Chavez Jr. situation spoken about by ANYBODY in English its very clear Chavez Jr. or Arum doesn't want the fight right now, maybe when Sergio turns 40 but by then Jr. will be a Heavyweight.

Chavez would beat the hell out of Sergio at this weight, that weight, or heavyweight. He's the greatest, not part-time, half-time, but of alllll time!

Im glad you showed that you were just a troll and weren't serious about your love for Jr. because it isn't possible to think Chavez is much more than good, let alone great lol Are you actually a fan of the sport? Or do just like making it hard for real boxing fans to have good conversation about boxing? I don't speak Spanish so I don't know whats being said but as a boxing fan I do not get how Chavez Jr. is allowed to continuously duck his WBC mandatory. I get why Arum doesn't want the fight, Jr. is still young and he doesn't want to risk his future cash cow but by the WBC allowing this to happen they are losing credibility as a organization. Once you are champion you should have to fight your mandatory unless it's a unification between champions or a SUPER fight.

The WBC can force the fight. But, they can't force a fighter taking VADA unless they make it mandatory. VADA is part of negotiation. And, as long as Martinez is asking for VADA. JCC Jr can refuse and keep the belt. Now if Martinez drops the demand then the WBC can force the fight or strip JCC Jr.

Actually he's 100% right in saying most don't like his style but he is referring to Mexicans. Mexicans don't like the slick, boxing style, they would rather see a war.

Thanks for letting me know about the VADA testing part of this situation, I wasn't aware of this. I'm not going to go into THAT debate I'll gladly leave it alone. lol I guess I have my answer to why the WBC can't FORCE the fight but why the fight isn't happening is a little fishy still.

Well, I heard Martinez said the Chavez fight could also happen October in some other interview yesterday. And if Martinez wants an inbetwen fight, it could happen in late July. Doesn't have to be an August. He'll be able to have 3 months in between fights this way. One month of rest and a 2 month training camp.
