I don't speak Spanish so I don't know whats being said but as a boxing fan I do not get how Chavez Jr. is allowed to continuously duck his WBC mandatory. I get why Arum doesn't want the fight, Jr. is still young and he doesn't want to risk his future cash cow but by the WBC allowing this to happen they are losing credibility as a organization. Once you are champion you should have to fight your mandatory unless it's a unification between champions or a SUPER fight.
