When I went to bed that night I learned of my naivety and of Hameds naivety in underestimating Barrera. I don't think I've ever rewatched that fight
I watch that fight a couple of times a year. Thats one of my all time faves!

I was a pretty big Holyfield fan in the late 90's when he was on one of the best run's in history.

I didn't like his loss to Lewis.

I just knew Akinwande, Grant or someone would beat Lewis. I didn't get my wish until the Rahman fight. Only for Rahman to turn around and get knocked out the next fight. Oh and WTF was Rahman doing with his hands when he would hold his guard up in the 2nd fight against Lewis? That was really pissing me off lol

I later learned to like Lewis.

Judah-Baldomir (that's when I knew Zab was an overrated f**k, I was a Judah stan too)

Dawson-Pascal (Chad should've beaten Pascal, I was screaming at the TV for him to actually fight and stop being a pu**y)

        Alexander-Bradley (Devon why?!)

Jones-Tarver 2 (I damn near cried that night)

Exactly what i was going to post...lol. I felt like something in me died when Cotto lost, and I was like your friend...i hated Tarver for a while after that. Roy was one of my fav back then. But now i like Tarver, he's a pretty cool dude.

Jones-Tarver 2 for sure. That **** shook me to my very core. I still have the occasional nightmare about that. Tyson-Douglas, Taylor-Pavlik I and Hopkins-Trinidad all rank extremely high as well.
