    Sergio KOing MW's.

    Margarito's never even KO'd JMW.

Big power difference between the two right now.

    Plus the speed.

    Never going to happen.

Why what for? He isn't campaigning at 154. He said after Margarito before everyone started jumping on the Martinez bandwagon that he couldn't fight above 147 he didn't feel comfortable. He felt he suffered damage against Margarito with his size.

He is campaigning at 147. They have said 147 is his limit. Like every fighter has their limit. Why should he go above his limit. He isn't chasing or calling Martinez. So why should he?

Sergio is shorter than Margarito, who Pac had no problem fighting. Pac is walking around at 154. Forget what Team Pac said about 150 lbs, he can make 154.

All he has to do is have Ariza make those special shakes.

Margarito is actually bigger than Martinez.

According to the records, what's wrong with asking the former junior middleweight champion (Pacquiao) to fight at 154?

I actually think with Pac's speed and power, he stands a descent chance.

If we're going by walking around weight, Pac is actually bigger than Mayweather.

              What's the problem?

Because it will enhance his legacy.

He can beat Martinez at 154 IMO and that's the kind of fight that will enhance his legacy.

Is it a risk? Sure. But it sure is winnable.

But I don't see why he can't take the fight at that weight because it's a risk and he's at a disadvantage.

                That's what makes greatness.

Of course, he doesn't have to take the fight. Epsecially in the position he's in but I don't see why not and why everyone is so against it.

Terrible logic for a thread title. Why not have Pac fight David Tua and Mike Tyson too?
