WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. will possibly have to appear in court next month. He was scheduled to appear on Friday at Los Angeles Superior Court - to answer several charges related to a recent DUI arrest, but the case was adjourned to April 20th. Earlier this month, Chavez was officially charged with three misdemeanors by the Los Angeles City Attorney - two charges for drunk driving and one for driving without a valid license.

They are not dismissing this. I'll bet that the State of California and the City of L.A. dig deep into Baby's pockets, that way they stop the party.
