I will say it again, that website is not ESPN/SI/etc caliber.. its more like a blog/gossip site. Gamboa is more dumb to use that site to say I already informed Top Rank that he dont want that fight and he is moving to other promotional company. The only way to inform Top Rank is by official press release or Gamboa itself approaching Top Rank. Gamboa is not even the one nor any of his team/associate that was interviewed on that blog site! lol!

But Top Rank can use that website NOW to prove their first point of law suit. I'm not sure why you cant absorb that.

No, actually thats completely wrong. While under a valid contract with TR, other promotional firms are not allowed to speak one word to him. Its a basic in every single boxing contract for decades.

If Gamboa had a valid contract with TR then, he is 100% in the wrong, and so is Mayweather since he has a promotional company he is not allowed to even talk to Gamboa about anything pertaining to promotion.

But thats not the issue, the issue is does Gamboa have a valid contract with TR?? TR says yes. Gamboa's and his lawyers say no. That's all its about. If the contract is indeed expired then Floyd is free to do whatever he wants with Gamboa.
