    Except when filipinos are making the top selling beer in all of asia, is a sanctuary for civil war refugees from both china and vietnam and being 1 of only 3 countries in the world exporting mangos, and having the highest incoming immigration rate in asia consisting mostly of koreans and chinese.

                    Boxing is not big in China.

                    Asia is a big place do people from the U.S often support Canadian boxers? Do people from the U.K often root for French fighters? Why would it be any different in Asia?

                    Its also naive to think that Lin (who is not Chinese) is a big star anywhere but the U.S.
