To 130, it will. Any farther, it may not. Juanma lost his snap and his tight punching as well as any defense he had. His last several fights have looked bad for him but there is a definite change in his hand speed and everything. What the F happened? I never saw him so slow as he was vs Salido. His defense was never great but his offense is worst than ever.

And I don't think he's blaming weight like some. He been wanted to move up.

Those are optional... and I like Juanma how he is. I don't want my fighters to be some miss universe world peace divas.

I agree with the training regimen though.
