ANY name i mention.. you'll still say Byrd's name is better....Just say that vITALI has lost to the two longest title reign holders he's ever faced & you'll be making a factual statement that can't be refuted. We all KNOW by now the fashion in which he lost those 2 bouts & was winning handily. You realize that two fighters with W'S over him can't even say they won MORE than a rd & a half from him on the average despite those 2 outstanding belt holders going 7.5 rds on the average vs him.. The fact that these two highly touted victories are touted as such by the boxing forums is a testament to Vitali Klitschko's greatness & nothing else.


As for the undefeated or once defeated up & comers Vitali & Wlad have laid waste to in the past 8 yrs during there title reigns.... i've made this list before.. so don't ask me to do it again... you'd have at least 5 champions from that bunch had the Klitschko's not been around to make it happen & you PHOCKING KNOW it SO DON'T play yourself Jedi!

I HAVE an answer for everything..... it should be pretty evident by now... the answer that was given by another poster will suffice in this matter & that Iron Mike lost all 8 rds he was carried by LL & was counted out by a ref. Vitali Klitschko was counted out by a doctor.. he wasn't told to stop fighting while he was actually squared up vs Lennox (both of his losses were stopped while there was a break in the action & while he was winning at LEAST two thirds of the rds beforehand)... How come LL lived to fight another day after beating up Mike BUT failed miseably to live to fight another day after beating up Vitali?

Not taking anything away from Vitali Klitschko, but a 1988 Mike Tyson gets it done inside the first round.

His defense and reflexes are far too slow to defend against Tyson's speed and explosiveness. The heavyweights that these guys are fighting today are strong, but they're much slower and don't even come close to having the footwork and positioning ability or head movement that Mike had in his prime.

Vitali has taken the O of Kevin Johnson.. Chris Areolla & Odlanier Solis... all three were touted as up & coming prospects before losing EVERY single rd vs Vitali.. Then you have Peter, Gomez & Adamek WHO HAD ONLY lost one fight before facing him. All 6 fighters mentioned have NEVER been the same since facing him... 2 of those fighters as of this writing are still retired. 4 of those fighters were never Ko'ed until they met up with him. Wlad's list is even more impressive.. CHAGAEV.. IBRAGIMOV.. BROCK... PETER & several more who were never defeated before facing him.


As for Tyson lasting longer vs Lennox.. technically you're right.. he did manage another 2 rds of survival but that's where it ENDS. I didn't see Iron MIKE FUND Lewis's retirement ceremony.. now did I.. ALL i saw was a LENNOX LEWIS more than happy to face Mike again but NOT Vitali despite being offered much more money to do it again vs Vitali.... THINK about THAT FOR A SECOND.. someone willing to fight THE BADDEST MAN ON THE PLANET instead of merely fighting fragile injury prone.. face slashed Vitali.. so be happy with what the record states in LL'S last 2 bouts Tko 8 over Tyson & Tko 6 over Klitschko.. we all know those are just OFFICIAL boxing results THAT offer nothing as to what REALLY went down in those fights............

Tyson ain't lefthanded with speed & power. Only REASON both bro's were hurt by Corrie is because of how fast & deceptive he was when he was getting ready to throw punches.. Jimmy, you gotta be kidding with all this. Sanders was a frontrunner who beat 1 elite fighter his entire career. He wasn't faster than Tyson of either hand or foot, Wasn't nearly as elusive as a prime Tyson, and certainly didn't have the chin. We're talking about a guy who got stretched cold by 12-1 Nate Tubbs.
