Hmmm fight a guy you already beat once and nearly KO'd vs a much bigger and stronger guy you've never fought before.

I'm betting Bob aint in the mood to grant any favors to Gamboa.

He already handily beat Salido. That would be taking a step backward, all around. If Gamboa wins, he'd be doing NOTHING new. He's already been Featherweight champion, and he's already beaten Salido. Been there, done that, all the way around. ****** career move. What would he be proving? That he could beat Salido again?

I'm really surprised at this question, Ric. Rios is a far more dangerous fight. And I mean that literally.

Salido wasn't 100% for Gamboa so in that regard I would like to see a rematch, I think Salido deserves a chance to redeem himself.

But Rios is the much more risky and dangerous fight.

I rather see Salido beat the crap out of Chris John.

He wont be fighting anybody until he works ou the differences with Oner so...

As for Salido, a rematch is a waste of time. The first fight wasn't even close, the speed killed him, he couldn't bully Gamboa up close as he doesn't stand in front of people and had he not got that break in the 12th after the second KD, he was getting knocked out.
