and he doesnt have the defense to outpoint a world class guy.

So he's stuck between that upper domestic/lower world level....
i think he could outwork a world class guy. He throws nice combos. Depends on who the world class guy is.

He won a comfortable decision, job done.

It wasn't spectacular, but he doesn't have any kind of power to make a lot of wins spectacular. He's doing well and getting better, if they avoid Mitchell I think he can defend his belt a few more times. If they go with Mitchell, his belt also goes with Mitchell IMO.

Burns has proved me wrong on a couple of occasions by beating Martinez and Katsidis. But I think he'll get outclassed at truly elite level as I am always eventually right in the end.

Impressed by Burns, he's performed above what I expected from him against Katsidis and now Moses.

Have to favor him over Mitchell right now, simply going on the way both fighters coped with the warrrior Katsidis. Mitchell KO'd in rd 3, Burns 12rd UD.
            We'll see.

I hope he wins vs Mitchell and steps it up to more world level to progress with fights against guys like Vasquez/DeMarco, then we will see what his qualities truely are.

After Saturday its pretty obvious Burns has taken his game to a new level. He was against world class fighter who can punch and he won by landslide.

Id like to see him against Kev but I think he has moved on from that level now and has to be considered up there with Rios/Gamboa etc

One day the Broner fight will happen becuase Adrian will move up and Burns will be waiting. Ricky took stick for avoiding that fight once but he wont do it again so I can the fight happening. Most people would agree that Broner should be favourite as he is being built up as the next Floyd but Ricky is a hard nights work for anyone so I look forward to it.
