Is this some sort of a sick joke?? Pacquiao has one of the best if not the BEST resume of all time.

Pernell Whitaker would have beat Pacquiao, but he doesn't have the better resume. With that said, Pernell should have a win over Chavez Sr on his, and Pacquiao should have a loss or two against Marquez.

Pacquiao would have embarrassed Whitaker and knocked him out cold in less than 4 rounds. Don't compare a God to a mere mortal human. Pacquiao is on another level.

Sweet pea has a rob of 2 wins. 1 Vs dela hoe-ya and 1 Vs JCC.

Even with that sweet pea still has a better resume.

This guy....Whitaker in his prime would have beat Pacquiao. If Pac can't figure out Marquez, who's an ATG, how the hell would he figure out Pernell??? This is of course for those of us who actually watched boxing when Pernell was in his prime, where as a ton of people on here didn't watch boxing until 2007/2008-present......

And Pacquiao has a good resume, but not one of the best "ever". Ali and Leonard have better resume's than Pacquiao.

Liston, Frazier, Foreman, Patterson/Benitez, Hearns, Duran, Hagler > Barrera, Morales, Marquez, Cotto

All 3 are great, but Ali and Leonard have 2 of the best resume's ever. Pac has a good resume.

              Whitaker.

              By a significant margin.

Wins over Nelson and McGirt are very impressive for Sweat Pea.

It's not a knock on Pac but there isn't a fighter in history that anyone can say with certainty beats a prime Whitaker.
