      To have success against Floyd I'd say timing is the most important.

      To beat him? That is a completely different story.

        stamina...i think the reason floyd has so much success is because he doesn't get tired, so he never has to fight off of heart and guts...he fights smart, with his head...you can only do that if your not tired, gassed...some fighters have success early because they are fresh...once they start fading is usually when floyd starts to dominate...its alot harder to stay calm and fight smart when your tired...harder to implement/stay with the game plan when your tired...you revert back to what your used to...floyd not being tired sees all those punches coming...plus your power and speed are not what they were in the first 3-4 rounds...stamina is the key...but that isn't the only thing, just one of the most important i think...

But, this is the pros not amateurs. That's why as of now, Floyd is the best.
          oscar was never in that fight...no matter what jim lampley was talking about...floyd was boxing his arse off easily...judah did give floyd some problems early though...even knocked him down imo...

            A great jab, and effective feinting.

            Or throw in a clone of him in the ring and I'm sure it'll give him problems.

                You have to be relentless. I think a prime Margarito & the Punisher had the stuff needed to win. Keep coming forward & throwing power shots. Most Floyd opponents get into a thinking match, become hesitant & get out-thought and outboxed easily.

                  You need several attributes;
                  1- hand speed (like the 1st 5 rounds of the Judah/PBF fight)
                  2- activity/punch output (Jose Luis Castillo) you cant let him get comfortable and sit in the pocket.
                  3- Pressure (pressure is good but you need to use it smartly, you cant be reckless like Hatton)

                    Pac has all the attributes that will give floyd his first defeat. Speed, power, stamina, pressure, southpaw.

                      Pressure, aggression, determination .....above all, a total lack of respect for Floyd in the ring. Keep your eyes on him at all times, don't touch gloves, don't hug him, be ready to swing at the breakup of every clinch...otherwise, he will punch you on the break, sucker punch you or elbow you in the face.

                      Why guys show so much respect to him is ******, you are there to win, not be the guys buddy.
