in fact, i did mention that IF he was proven to have NOT PAID THE PROPER TAXES, there are procedures in our tax laws that ALLOW TAXPAYERS TO RECTIFY THEIR TAX ISSUES. (with penalties of course)

and i do acknowledge that manny was a womanizer and a gambler. its common knowledge among his fans. heck, the only ones actually "bothered" about it are those who hate him.

Owing taxes is not a crime. Cheating on your taxes is which is being suspected of Manny by Manny's discrepancies in his tax forms. The discrepancies appear to be criminal therefor an investigation is being made and not because Manny is simply owing in taxes.

Floyd will pray for Pacquiao to stop doing evil. He hope Manny will stop sleeping with **********s while cheating on his wife and he hope Manny will stop stealing money from the poor of his country by not paying his income taxes or even knowingly cheating the starving people out of Philippines snatching aide and assistance from the less fortunate.

Hey folks, can't you even wait until the investigation is finished before jumping into conclusion again? Just like "Manny is using PED without proof". According to Philippine Star (1 of major newspaper in Phil.), dated 03/09, Manny asked to give him more time to present his tax records and he also send 1 of his staff to BIR Office. Manny also said that if the BIR officials saw something wrong, I wish they would give us enough time to correct it. Like here in U.S., a taxpayer can be audited by IRS which is a normal procedure. Also BIR Commissioner Kim Henares said that Manny is not charged of tax evasion but contempt for failure to submit documents in timely manner. The difference between Manny and Floyd when it comes to finances, Manny pays people to do his business while Floyd (according to him) is his own boss. People could have been cheating Manny and not reporting it properly while Floyd is solely responsible for his actions. But still, Manny is responsible being the boss and he should fire those cheaters that he employs.

the highlight you made is a conclusion you have made on your own, without knowing all the facts. what points made it appear criminal? where in the report did it actually mention that?

it only said that there were discrepancies. nothing more. you are the one making conclusions out of thin air.

and as i pointed out before (several times actually) even if it is proven that manny DIDN'T pay taxes required of him, our laws allow ALL TAXPAYERS to adjust their payments with the inclusion of certain penalties.

while you automatically assume manny is guilty of a crime, i'm simply stating the fact that even the government right now is not certain of that (which is why they are asking for documentation from him) and even if they find him remiss, its not a big deal in the end, since he can simply pay the taxes and fines and its done.
