the highlight you made is a conclusion you have made on your own, without knowing all the facts. what points made it appear criminal? where in the report did it actually mention that?

it only said that there were discrepancies. nothing more. you are the one making conclusions out of thin air.

and as i pointed out before (several times actually) even if it is proven that manny DIDN'T pay taxes required of him, our laws allow ALL TAXPAYERS to adjust their payments with the inclusion of certain penalties.

while you automatically assume manny is guilty of a crime, i'm simply stating the fact that even the government right now is not certain of that (which is why they are asking for documentation from him) and even if they find him remiss, its not a big deal in the end, since he can simply pay the taxes and fines and its done.

All I said is that the fact that their is a criminal case being made for Pac I suspect discrepanices in his tax form appear to be criminal hence why there is a criminal investigation in the works. So your saying if Manny is guilty then we should blame the system. Perhaps maybe Manny is the corrupt one. In America when you beat a women, as a celebrity, you get put on trial the way a guy like Chris Brown or Ike Turner did. What they did was the definition of beating a woman. Pictures surfaced and no plea deal to bring the charges down to a misdemeanor would've taken place. What Floyd did was cowardly, but don't make it out to seem like he hit her with lead rights that night.

Both guys have their faults. Its just hilarious at all these cop outs people are making for Manny. When you yourself know how much **** Floyd gets on here for his tax issues.

actually, manny's tax issues aren't equivalent to that of floyd. that's because the U.S. tax laws are as hellish and confusing as the inquision, whereas ours in the philippines is more user friendly in a manner of speaking.

and manny before this was actually a MODEL TAXPAYER, ranking among the biggest taxpayer in the region. this is only a minor issue regarding paper work that the current government is milking for media mileage.

worst case scenario is manny pays the taxes plus penalties and that's that.

i'm only pointing out that you are automatically assuming manny is guilty of tax evasion, when you don't know the laws of the land, you don't know the details of the case and you don't know the situation in which the case was made.

i on the other hand, am simply telling you that the government itself ISN'T SURE if manny is guilty. and that even IF HE IS, the penalties there are only monetary and won't warrant him being arrested.

The difference between Manny and Floyd when it comes to finances, Manny pays people to do his business while Floyd (according to him) is his own boss. People could have been cheating Manny and not reporting it properly while Floyd is solely responsible for his actions. But still, Manny is responsible being the boss and he should fire those cheaters that he employs.

So floyd is 100% responsible because he is a boss and manny is not 100% responsible because he is the boss. You actually think floyd does his own taxes and doesn't pay a firm the same way manny does?

I hope when manny tries to have consensual sex with your mom like he does the hookers, you don't take the money and bring him to your house. Idiot!
