Yes I know I have to rank Robinson at #1, Ali and Armstrong at 2 and 3, and a few other greats to fill the top 10 and yada yada yada. So I'm just curious to see how people on here create these All Time Great lists and how much research have they done. Sorry to sound like I'm raining over the parade, I just want to know.

I'll say Floyd is the best fighter I have ever seen live though.
I completely agree with this. Who that's giving their opinion can honestly say they've seen all the fighters in the top 50 list fight? Not even all but a majority? I mean p4p all time lists are filled with fighters dating back to the beginning of the sport. I'm sorry but if all you've seen in the greats of the last 20 years or so can you really give a legitimate answer to this? I know I can't.

Top 20, and rightfully so with the way he's been dominating fighters. His skills are obvious, he just needs to continue to dominate top fighters to fully justify his career and shut the nay sayers up.

He isnt dominant where has anyone got that idea? There have been many fighters in history who have had dominating periods fighting better fighters, but they actually fought as well, and often.

Floyd is one of the best part time fighters ever i guess.

If he gets a move on and beats Pac and Sergio and some more than maybe.
But as of right now u saying there are only 10 fighters in history with better resumes thanhim?

Joe calzaghe has been as so called dominant as him.

Around the Top 40-50. Perhaps a little higher.

When considering the "greatness of a fighter" one must give at least a few years after retirement to take stock, for the true greatness of a fighter is not ones personal opinion of that fighter but of the collective opinion of all. The general concensus. (You can not do that without bias for a current fighter)

Thats why I hate these P4P/who ranks higher debates as there is no answer. It's not like we can have a serious discussion on the merits of each fighter on open forum as their are too many keyboard warriors on the wind up and there would be very few if any who have been alive long enough to serious consider all those who should be considered.

Much higher than Pacman & just under B-Hop, so I'll say somewhere mid 30-ish range.

If Mayweather ever fights and beats Duckiao, Martinez and Bradley he could get into the Top 20.
