he beat the truck out of rico flippin ramos. what top fighter wouldnt? does anybody think that ramos would go the distance with donaire, vasquez, nishioka, etc? dude's a btch. until the stoppage rigondeaux didn't really do much. he looked like garbage against the best fighter he ever fought (a faded ricardo cordoba.)

he could prove the overrated tag wrong, but until he does i think people are jumping the gun. it seems like it's also in part a product of donaires recent performances, which have lacked some luster.

i'd also say that donaire might be a bit more than we / i thought he was.
he really cant make things happen on the level that i thought he could. if the opportunity presents itself he can blast a guy out of there.
no real jab, cant cut the ring off, not brilliant defensively. overrated.

Many are saying that Bute is overrated, does that mean that they believe Bute doesn't have the best KO body punch of the SMW and also that it was a smart decision to not invite him in the Super 6 tournament.

Bute wanted Ward, he got Froch by accepting to fight him in his hometown, that alone is something special. Will Ward do the same and accept to fight in Montreal ? I don't think so, but you never know in boxing, i certainly would love to see that at the Bell Center !

I don't think that Bute is overrated, i think only Ward will manage to do something good against him.

For me, Dirrell would be the one who is overrated, because he lost to Froch, his only noticeable "win" was against Abraham by disqualification... and his last fight was against a guy who wouldn't last 1 round against Bute.

About Martinez, i don't think he's overrated, nothing tells me that.

Oh my where do i start.....

Mayweather Jr (undefeated and p4p yeah yeah blah blah but some of the crap his fans come out with is unbelievable)

Pacquiao (gets his fare share of fans overrating him in the past but not as bad as floyd ever since the marquez fight)

Rigondeaux (this guy has 9 fights and all of a sudden because he beat rico ramos for a world title he is gonna easily stomp over donaire and the entire Bantamweight division when his best win is ricardo cordoba? pleaaaase)

Bute (enough said has not fought A class competition till now which i give him credit for but nearly got Knocked out by andrade and his fans claim he is gonna walk over froch)

Martinez (to an extent i mean i like the guy but in the past he gets overrated but now since the barker and macklin fight the boxing fans on this site as fickle as they are have changed their opinions easily...)

Broner (some on here are actually saying he is the next great fighter of this decade after mayweather....lmao talented yes i like him but overrated)

Klitschko Brothers (hear me out they get vastly underrated by alot of fans because of their competition but they are also partly overrated because alot of their fans claim that they would easily make work of guys like Ali, Foreman etc)
