Marquez' wins: Robbie Peden, Manuel Medina, Derrick Gainer, Orlando Salido, Victor Polo, Marco Antonio Barrera, Rocky Juarez, Joel Casamayor, Juan Diaz, and Michael Katsidis.

Marquez' losses and draws: Freddie Norwood, Manny Pacquiao I (draw), Chris John, Manny Pacquiao II, Floyd Mayweather, and Manny Pacquiao III.

It should be noted that JMM's fights with Norwood, John, and all 3 Pacquiao bouts, were all controversial. Most believe that Marquez beat Norwood, and many believe he beat John, and most believe he deserved at least one decision over Manny Pacquiao.

So, how do you see JMM??? An ATG and a HOF, HOF but not quite an ATG, or neither???

Great fighter, one of the best of this era, fought some top opposition, never frightened to go out of his comfort zone. Probably got the best powers of recovery on this era. He gets knocked down, his head clears and he fights, great to see a true warrior.

Emerged from the shadows of Barrera and Morales, to be one of the greatest Mexican boxers of all time.

Great combination puncher, brilliant timing, counter punching and always thinking and composed

ATG, top 100 but lets wait for his career to be over before his final placing.

                  and for the record:
the most one sided fight between marquez and pacquiao was the third fight
that was a landslide marquez victory. virtually every ring side media member scored that fight for marquez. that fight was not even close.
