      Thoughts on this bout?
      I'm not too sure which Diaz you have in mind too many of 'em named Juan, Jorge, Jose,etc.. it all starts to sound the same, but if we're talking about the "Baby Bull" then this match-up sucks. Here's why.... Diaz is nothing but a paper lion, I admire the kid's work ethic it shows in the ring. The kid has been fed bums and will continue to be fed bums for as long as they can get away w/ it. The kid has very limited skills. He throws punches in bunches against guys that are statues. I've seen the kid in fights against guys who moved even just a little bit and he had some fits w/ it. What more against a world-class talent like Zahir, he will end up being tentative and may possibly get tko'd by the generally light-hitting Raheem who has some sting in his punches, the fact that Diaz tends to rush in and wide with them hooks he'll get caught over and over by the natural counterpuncher in Raheem who's also quite a sharpshooter...just ask his amigo "El ***o".

        I think Diaz is just too young, strong, well-conditioned and determined for Zahir. Despite his wonderful win-Raheem IMO has always been a bit weak in the legs. His balance is awful for his style.

        Diaz is a fighter who punches in bunches, and is a very game fighter and I think he would cause Diaz some problems because of the high workrate.

          I second that.

          Raheem looked good against a blown up Morales....but is going to get ****ing toasted by body shots.

          Baby Bull is way out of his leauge as a fighter also.

          Raheem = Overrated.

          Diaz = Rising Superstar.

                I'm surprised Martha Stewert ain't tapped you to come up with a new lemon caca meringe pie for her magazine.

                It just so happens Diaz has held the WBA 135 belt for over a year and 2 title defenses. I guess somewhere in your world he needs to move down to be where he already is. Whatever.

                As far as Raheem goes, well he looked a lot stronger against Morales than he looked against Juarez, so he should stay at lightweight and make himself a mandatory challenger, not that I give him much chance against Castillo or Corrales.

                  I think your comment about Diaz being a rising superstar is a bit premature. He hasn't proved much yet, and at 140 although He is a very game fighter, He will get torched by all of the top guys.

                  Raheem always seemed a bit chinny to me, and his balance is awful for his style. He has a very tricky style, but I think he will come up short against a determined, hard-working puncher.
