    Juan Diaz vs. Zahir Raheem

I'm suprised this fight hasn't been talked about with you guys?

I myself think Juan Diaz is too small for 140, and he should move down to 135, and Raheem should move up because that's where the big fights are.

    Thoughts on this bout?

The shaky part is Raheems chin. Dont know much about it tho, but his defense is air tight. Raheem UD... boring fight.

I dont think so. Raheem has a serious balance problem. All those supposed "slips" in the Morales fight were because of his poor balance.

I would favour Juan Diaz to knock him out in 8 because Juan is too young, hungry, and determined for Raheem.

I have to give Raheem props though. He fought an excellent fight against Morales. He deserves his due.

I never seen a person lose a fight because of balance issues.

                Raheem, by UD.

                Diaz isnt effective enough.

Also Raheem is good where he is, he should stay at 130. at 140 everyone is too big for him. In fact at 135... certain guys are too big for him, (Castillo, Corrales).

You can argue if he was slipping or if it really was balance. I choose to think he was slipping in that fight. It wasn't like Morales was causing the "slipping" either.

Raheem's two big fights...Morales and Juarez were both fights where if you wre rooting against Raheem you were screaming at the TV for his two opponenets to let their ****ing hands go.

Morales looked alot like Tito Trinidad as did Rocky Juarez...neither of these guys should fight a mover like Raheem and if they do then they will lose again.

With Diaz...sure we can rag on him for his lack of power and his soft 135 pound skin but what we can not rag on him for is his relentlessness and his willingness to simply let his mother****ing hands go and go and go.

As some have already pointed out Raheem had balance trouble against Morales...in fact he had that same trouble against Rocky...I believe the pressure of the Baby Bull would definatley be the difference in this fight.

A win vs. Raheem could possibly mean a PPV showdown with Morales or Barerra...this is a fight that TEAM DIAZ should be pursuing as opposed to fights with Chico or Castillo which are fights that TEAM DIAZ should be staying the **** away from.

                    Very interesting matchup!
