They should have had someone like Arreola replace Chambers and fight Thompson.

Because they were both KOed by Wlad, it's questionable whether Thompson and Chambers should even have been in the eliminator. The IBF should have given Ustinov, Charr, Helenius, or someone else an opportunity.
