WHO has he fought in the past 8 years especially in the Welter Weight division that gives him the clout and authority to say such things ?

What this basically sounds like is they way Oscar used to handle money vs his opponents. Thats the biggest reason why we never got De La Hoya vs Trinidad 2, it was the money. Floyd is doing what Oscar did in their "World Awaits" to Manny. I get that some people are just saying Manny just take it and how some people are saying that's not a fair shake.
