I think oscar is taking a page from Bob Arum's playbook: tell a whopper of a lie like he negotiated a fight between Mayweather and Pacquaio and he has given Mayweather a deadline to sign the contract and capitalize on all the positive publicity before you reveal to the media that it was all a hoax and you are pulling a bait and switch.

I think we will still be waiting on this major announcement that will shake the boxing industry a year from now.
