Earnings from major figths according to Forbes and Celebrity net worth.

    Floyd’s Career Earnings:

    Carlos Baldomir November 4, 2006 – $8 million

Oscar De La Hoya May 5, 2007 – $25 million

    Ricky Hatton December 8, 2007 – $25 million

World Wrestling Entertainment Appearance – $20 million

    Juan Manuel Márquez September 19, 2009 – $25 million

    Sugar Shane Mosley May 14th, 2010 – $30 million

    Victor Ortiz September 17th, 2011 – $40 million

    Manny Pacquiao’s Career Purse Earnings:

$2 million – against Erik Morales (January 2006)

$1 million – against Oscar Larios (July 2006)

$3 million – against Erik Morales (November 2006)

$2 million – against Jorge Solis (April 2007)

$2 million – against Marco Antonio Barrera (October 2007)

$11 million – against Oscar De la Hoya (December 2008)

$12 million – against Ricky Hatton (May 2009)

$35 million – against Miguel Cotto (November 2009)

$35 million – against Antonio Margarito (November 2010)

$20 million – against Shane Mosely (May 2011)

Not a huge difference there once Manny became a big name.

Not sure how people can think hiring a promoter on a fight by fight basis compared to having a full time promoter could make a 300-400% difference in earnings ? at best it would be 10-20% and you have to do alot more yourself.

Not saying Floyd isnt doing well doing this but it doesnt make that much more money. Everything Arum does for Manny still has to be done for Floyd by someone and those people need to be paid.

Again why does FLoyd care about Pac's personal money?

No matter if Pac is with Arum or without, his side will receive the same amount. So theres no reason why that should matter to Floyd

      Whats so hard to understand

Its not about how much money Pac personally made but how much overall revenue he generated

and Bob Arum would never let Pac make that much money.

Who's the smarter businessman? Floyd or Pac, who said he would take the lesser share but changed his mind to fight Bradley for a lot less?

              Who? Floyd?

Yes he wants the same thing as Arum, and to control everything

              Yet you criticize Arum?

Not sure how it works with Haymon, but GBP is paid a flat rate for the work they put in co-promoting and doing all of the work with the undercard and stuff.

                Haymon gets btw 3-5%

I know its his last four fights, I said he took that $115 million home minus taxes, where as pacquiao is told 30 mil for a fight then pays out his percentages, this is why Roach said he is broke and VQ stated his real worth was $26 mil due to him getting screwed and mishandling money

Seeing as Arum is giving him the $30 mil and the fight made $100mil or there abouts i would think that Arum at least has taken his cut already. It makes no sense that arum would give PAC money only for PAC to have to give him some back.

Forbes has Floyd worth $90 million and Pac $70 million, hardly a huge difference considering Floyd has been a big name for a lot longer.

If Mayweather puts all the money for a fight the. I don't understand why he uses golden boy, from what I understand golden boy is the one who puts the money down and the one who guarantee floyds purse, golden boy is the one with the real promoting license not like Mayweather promotions who is a phantom company and somebody explains this to me how does Mayweather put all the money down when he is always broke he man can't even buy a car cash and he don't even pay his taxes on time, he spends more money than he makes, it's not how much you make is how much you save and I will bet anybody that Manny has more money save than Floyd and Manny's money is making more money in Bussiness and investments.
