I expect a tense fight in which you have a smaller fighter trying to outbox a much larger fighter.

I guess like Acosta-Rios but less trading. The size difference will be staggering. Like Oscar-Pac.

I expect both to be as good as they can be, but for Gamboa to win a 9-3 or 10-2 type decision. This will be Gamboa's coming out party, but Rios won't diminish in anyone's eyes except those that diminish everyone.

I expect a drained Rios. And if he's not drained I expect him to walk Gamboa down.

this is the fight im looking forward to the most

i expect a great stylistic clash between a come-forward brawler vs someone with brilliant handspeed

will Gamboa be elusive enough to land, get out of the way and not get caught in too many exchanges?

if he can't how will he handle trading with Rios? would he crumble under the barrage of Rios' inside game ie hooks and body shots?

              interesting all fight all around

with that said, if Gamboa can move and use his speed, i see him winning on points...but he can't be fuc.kin around and leave his hands too low against Rios....can't wait

I see a potentially good start from Gamboa..... But I also see the weight affecting (Gamboa, stamina) him in the late rds no matter which style he chooses to employ box/****..... 10-12 KO/TKO Rios

Last week someone posted that Gamboa is usually around 155 (if I remember correctly) when he's not fighting. Which tells me that the size difference may not be THAT big. I'll try to find the thread. But I think Rios will be bigger, of course.

Good point that you bring up here. I'm really interested in seeing how Gamboa deals with Rios' pressure. Gamboa is going to have to make Rios respect his power (which won't be easy, Rios has a hard head) early on. I see Gamboa speed bothering Rios, however.
