The beating Mayweather gave Gatti that night was one of the most one sided boxing matches in the history of the sport. Gatti must of landed one clean punch for the whole 6 rounds it lasted and was batterd, bruised and swelled up. It seemed like Gatti was pulled out the crowd and just put in the ring with Floyd.

That version of Floyd at 140 beats anyone hands down.

cuz he beat gatti, chop chop and bruseles?

dela BRUTALIZED gatti way before floyd did it.

Thread should be clarified: Title fights that went the distance and were one sided thumpings? Byrd vs. Wlad 1 was painful to watch.

One sided KOs in the first round? Berto vs. Freddy Hernandez was a good recent example.

It wasn't a title fight, but Caballero/ Yordan made me physically squirm.

Too hard to narrow it down to just one:

George Foreman vs. Joe Frazier 1
Simon Brown vs. Jorge Vaca (the welterweight Foreman-Frazier)
          Floyd Mayweather vs. Arturo Gatti
Roy Jones vs. Montell Griffin 2
          Thomas Hearns vs. Roberto Duran
          Thomas Hearns vs. Pipino Cuevas
Kostya Tszyu vs. Miguel Angel Gonzalez
Wladimir Klitschko vs. Chris Byrd 2
          James Toney vs. Iran Barkley
          Muhammad Ali vs. Cleveland Williams
Sonny Liston vs. Floyd Patterson 1-2
          Felix Trinidad vs. Luis Garcia
          Lennox Lewis vs. Andrew Golota
          Dwight Qawi vs. Leon Spinks
