Pacquiao said multiple times that he'd take a smaller cut to make the fight happen... Why would anyone offer 50/50 when his stance coming into the negotiation was that he'd take less.

Floyd changed his mind to with having cutoff dates and Manny also said multiple times that he wouldn't take the test and now he changed his mind and agreed to Floyd's demands.
