Cotto was still on his feet in the 12th round and for some reason the REF decided to stop the fight when Miguel was using movement and frustrating Manny who couldnt muster up a plan to cut off the ring and pound Cotto into submission. The fight couldve and shouldve went the distance.

Just for the sake of History. Marquez called Floyd out and the CW was 144 but Floyd came in at 146 which didnt make a difference because he out boxed Marquez. He didnt lean on Marquez or Wrestle him. He just out quicked him and out-smarted him.
