Mayweather is not going to fight Pacquiao no matter what. How many of his excuses do we need to hear before we get a clue.

The drug test was an excuse, asking for insane amounts of money is an excuse, retiring was an excuse.

Nearly all the boxing writers and experts out there see this, why can't these people here see this.
