50/50 was years ago when Floyd was coming off tax troubles and needed bread, that is no longer the case. Different situations, desperate people will act accordingly but when that desperation leaves they will go back to their price~

His fault for waiting~ if you don't take an offer that offer may be different in the future.

Floyd makes more on average, but neither is hurting so either Manny can hold out for something he isn't likely to get making whatver, or get the best offer he can get. Manny should befighting for the possible offer, but you don't spend percentage points~
