Make up y'all mind. Is it the requestor or the one that says no the "scared" one. And be consistent with how fair u think EVEN is. When Floyd wanted them BOTH to take blood test to be on EVEN playing fields and Pac said no...Floyd the requester was considered scared. When Pac requests 50/50 so they can be compensated EVENLY and Floyd say no...now the person that says "NO" is scared. Quit moving the goal post to suit your opinion.
