Ponce De Leon Unimpressed by Adrien Broner

This isn't that difficult.
Broner is a young champ looking to become a big name in this sport. He needs to move toward opponents who help him get that. De Leon had a chance and did well. I thought he lost a close fight. No need for broner, who looks to big for 130 to rematch a guy going back to 126. They are going in 2 divergent directions.
SOrta like me and you. You will be returning to this thread but since I beat you in a close debate I'm on to another thread.

the problem knocks this guy out if they ever meet again. it was more of broner's inactivity, doing his best mayweather pot shot impersonations, than ponce's ring ability that made the fight look close. some people claim this dude has broner's number?

Yeah but belts ain't **** anymore. With so many of them a lot of these champions, aren't really champions. Broner may have a belt but he's still pretty green and still learning on the job. With that said he still is already good enough to handle everyone in his division with pretty much ease. It's the next step up where the real tests are.Comment

now point to me where i said it had anything to do with perez? if ur gonna come, come at me rite. i said he grew. it has nothing to do with his opponents. hes a better fighter, its more than clear. he lets his hands god much more than before, his sharpness has improved and he has learned how to control distance and timing a lot better, i mean seriously all u have to do is watch his fights and u will see the improvements. But who has he fought since then? You guys are confusing wishful thinking with accurate predictions.
So you're measuring his improvement by how well he did against Perez? That's your measuring stick?
It's useless to try to talk to these dudes, they're already on the bandwagon. Broner is the next Floyd, "fresh, fly and flashy!". I'm expecting them to start a Broner mafia soon.Comment
