Yeah, too bad the young american always get the decision.

    Remember Berto vs Collazo

    Floyd vs Castillo
    Alexander vs Kotelnik, Mathysse
Dawson vs the road warrior 1

And I'm being generous cuz some of those fights aren't close.

PDL won the 1st fight IMO.

But this time around Broner beats him. The reason being, I don't think many people have talked about it but it hasn't been until his last two or three fights that Broner has committed to the shoulder roll defense. He used to have a typical "gloves covering my face" boxer defense, now that he seems more comfortable and is perfecting the shoulder roll defense he's using it almost exclusively during the whole fight.

Ponce won that first fight but let's be honest a clear cut victory does nothing for Broner at this point.

It's a lot easier to look good against B or C class opposition instead of elite fighters. Since Ponce de Leon he has wins against Litzau, Martin Rodriguez and Perez. None of those guys are top notch boxers.

Broner stops De Leon this time. People will say De Leon wasn't the same fighter. In reality is that Broner has gotten slightly better than when they fought, De Leon stayed the same. A 21 year old Broner is the only Broner Ponce had a chance of beating, and he didn't beat him, it a close fight but he didn't win.
