Boxings got "A REAL PROBLEM" and I ain't mad about it====>GuNzZ

His name is Adrien Broner @ 22 years old he has a smile and the charisma we have been looking for. This passed Saturday night young Adrien disposed of his opponent Eloy Perez. Eloy Perez was 23-0-2 with 7 knock outs coming into the bout and seemed very confident about his chances this passed Saturday night. Broner looked impressive while scoring his 4th round knock out of Perez. A straight right hand on the button ended the bout with an over hand right behind the ear for good measure. Broner's style reminds me of Floyd to some extent with a little more aggression. He seems to unload his punches and walk his opponents down the same way Floyd had done when he was in the lower weight classes. The way he uses his shoulder to block and roll off punches was very effective against his opponent Perez this Saturday. The right upper cut quick off the shoulder roll was landing with extreme accuracy and power. His lead right hand and hook off the jab combo combined with his hand speed and foot work had Perez and the rest of the boxing world mesmerized.

His in the ring antics followed by the post fight interview was simply epic. Broner coined my new favorite phraise "ANYONE CAN GET IT" I really enjoyed watching him perform during the match and after wards with Kellerman in the post fight. We have all been excited by fighters performances in the ring but it is not often that we find this type of talent with the persona to take his career and the sport to the next level. Mayweather maybe Broner's idol but we just may see many kids idolizing Broner the same way Broner has done with Floyd.

Sure he needs to pass some more test but I think he beat who his promoter put in front of him and he looked very exciting doing it. Broner just brought back some Ali with the hair combing and pretty boy stuff. This makes for an exciting career to follow from a young age and early point. As for Gamboa and Rios give it time he will take them on @ 130-135lbs. His wins over Daniel Ponce De Leon and Jason Litzau were a good measuring stick for him. Eloy Perez was ranked 4th in the US and 9th in the world @ 130lbs prior to this fight. I wouldn't mind seeing him pass one more test before we match him with the rest of the elite at 130. Celestino Caballero has stepped up to 130lbs before and is a good featherweight. At 35 years old he would be a good measuring stick for Broner and one more test to pass before we pass him with a final grade. .GuNzZ

Not many here were privi to watching Floyd rise through the ranks in the late 90's early 2000's. This is what you are privileged too right now. A young hungry kid with the skills to match and a mouth to draw attention to both himself and the sport==============>GuNzZ

Reminds me on an early Floyd (130lbs). Very quick, good foot placement, and he's got good power, good defense. But we also gotta see him against quality competition. I'm looking forward to seeing him in the future though. I don't think by far he's a flash in the pan.

He is brimming with talent, and at 22 years old, wow, the world is his oyster.

However, he has plenty more to prove and should keep his head down and keep working hard. Cut ANY corner and he’ll be given a wakeup call.
