Jr, gets a DUI a week before his title defence? Jose Suliman (Jr's Godfather might I add - no one seems to speak about that) is literally helping him along, JR is going to seriously get hurt, because if one thing is true about boxing is that the ring will always tell the truth - you cannot play boxing, you have to be dedicated and live it - just like his HOF father did, that is why i am so disappointed with the whole situation, the kid comes in at 180pds on fight night? mark my words, he is going to get ****ed up soon - and to respond to Martinez like that was soooo weak, how are you not going to man up, when your godfather handed you over the belt, stripped martinez who earned it (pwill / pavlik / pwill / dzindzuruk) last 4 opponents had a combined lost tally of 2 fights!!!!! then godfather strips and sets up a fight for his godson against a man that noone would approve for martinez to defend against, jr wins the belt and is told by goddaddy that he has to fight martinez next or get stripped and nothing happens? and none of JR's fans say shyt, - A DUI a week before the fight? shyt he was probaly tootin blows 2 weeks into camp - spoiled little kid and its sad that the old man has no control over him because if he did, believe me he would train him!!

They just talk about him ducking the post drug test, even though most of the fighters that night never got tested either, but they didn't duck, just Jr.

He's the real deal, and everyone here is going to be pissed after every single fight he wins.

Also, Jr doesn't have to be a mayweather on the responses, that isn't necessary, he'll just keep winning and piss you little *****es off.

Kid has a legitimate resume for a guy that started boxing at 17 with no amateur career.

Sergio has every right to call out FLoyd, Manny and Chavez. these are all big names with big money behind them. Still, if he busts through Macklin he needs to focus on someone @ 168 or else this record will continue to skip.

Instead of giving that bull***** answer, why doesn't JCC Jr step up to the plate and "try" to prove him wrong??? He and everyone else knows that he was practically spoon fed that title and that his career has been a sham this entire time. Martinez would destroy him if the WBC would do what their supposed to do and make JCC Jr fight his mandatory Martinez. Hell they stripped Martinez of his title for no reason and he actually beat a real champion to earn it. Martinez is one of the best fighters out right now and he's been stuck fighting nobodys, because everyone is scared to face him. Things will work themselves out eventually and JCC Jr will be exposed. Hopefully Martinez will get the opportunity to be the one to do it. If not I hope he actually gets some big name fights before father time starts catching up to him.
